Since forming healthy sleep habits is very complex, and needs practice, Throughout the process, we will offer troubleshooting support and adjustments to the plan as needed ensuring you feel confident in implementing the strategies.
The goal is to empower parents with the knowledge and tools they need to help their child develop healthy sleep habits that will benefit the entire family.
